Offline Low-E Glass
INTRODUCTION
LOW-E GLASS, a range of high-performance, low-emissivity products by Bang Mei Glass, utilizes ultramodern vacuum sputter coating technology. The process coats glass with multiple layers, including a silver layer reflecting infrared rays while maintaining thermal performance. An anti-reflective tin oxide (SnO2) base layer enhances transparency, while a nickel-chromium (NiCr) insulating coating lies above. The top SnO2 layer protects the underlayers. Ideal for modern architecture and green building design, LOW-E GLASS offers high transparency, low reflectivity, excellent thermal insulation, and energy efficiency.
FEATURES
This glass excels in replicating natural color and maintaining high transparency to visible light (380-780nm), minimizing glare from excessive reflection. It allows most natural sunlight to pass through, enhancing natural lighting and conserving energy by reducing the need for artificial lighting. Additionally, it boasts remarkable reflectance of infrared radiation, especially long-wave infrared (>3000nm), blocking significant heat entry to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature year-round, ideal for creating an energy-efficient environment
