Standard wooden crates are used for exterior packaging, providing durability and protection during transportation. Inside, moisture-proof paper is interleaved between each piece of glass to prevent any damage from humidity. Additionally, wooden crates with fumigation are available to meet customers' specific requirements.
Our well-trained packing team has experience in loading and reinforcing glass within the container. This ensures that the glass is securely held in place, preventing any breakage during long-distance road or ocean transportation.

Wooden Crates:

These crates are sturdy and dependable, making it easy and safe to place and retrieve glass pieces. Each crate can hold approximately 2.6 tons of glass. They are particularly suitable for areas where offloading and discharge equipment is limited, or power costs are lower.

End-Cap Wooden Crates:

These crates offer a sleek and attractive appearance, while also providing convenient opening and timber conservation. Each crate can carry around 2 tons of glass. They are ideal for areas with high mechanization levels and higher power costs.

Moisture-Proof Paper and Plastic Film:

To prevent mold and moisture damage, anti-mildew paper is placed between each piece of glass mirror. Additionally, the inside of each crate is completely sealed with plastic film, further enhancing water and mold resistance.

Metal Bands:

High-quality metal bands are used to secure the wooden crates from the outside, ensuring safe loading and unloading. This packaging method is suitable for trains, containers, and cargo vessels.
